Job Description:
- Collaborate closely with Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Identify and recruit individuals for various IT and Engineering positions.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process life cycle for clients in the United States.
- Utilize specialized platforms related to IT and Engineering to source potential candidates.
- Personally conduct interviews, document them, and provide reports as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Required Candidate profile
- 2+ years of experience in US Technical recruitment.
- Ability to work in US Shifts, including EST, CST, or PST; any shift is acceptable.
- Proven track record of meeting monthly closure targets.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as JobDiva or others.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Capability to engage with US Citizens, Green Card Holders, or EADs.
- Experience in handling Direct Client requirements/VMS-based requirements is a plus.
- Full-Time Recruitment experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in sourcing for the Semiconductor/Engineering industry is highly advantageous.
- Effective time management skills to thrive in a challenging environment.
