US Technical Recruiter

Job Description:

  • Collaborate closely with Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
  • Identify and recruit individuals for various IT and Engineering positions.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process life cycle for clients in the United States.
  • Utilize specialized platforms related to IT and Engineering to source potential candidates.
  • Personally conduct interviews, document them, and provide reports as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.

Required Candidate profile

  • 2+ years of experience in US Technical recruitment.
  • Ability to work in US Shifts, including EST, CST, or PST; any shift is acceptable.
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly closure targets.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as JobDiva or others.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Capability to engage with US Citizens, Green Card Holders, or EADs.
  • Experience in handling Direct Client requirements/VMS-based requirements is a plus.
  • Full-Time Recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sourcing for the Semiconductor/Engineering industry is highly advantageous.
  • Effective time management skills to thrive in a challenging environment.
